1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 (11 oz) package of chocolate chips
40 saltine crackers
1 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 . Line one 11" x 17" rimmed baking pan with tin foil and grease. Line the pan with saltine crackers. In a sauce pan over low heat, melt butter and sugar together until foamy. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from oven and spread the melted chips evenly over the crackers. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top and let cool.
