Mix together and set aside:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Cream together:
2 sticks BUTTER, (no-salt added)
3/4 cup each brown sugar and white sugar
1 heaping tablespoon black strap molasses
add:
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
add: the flour mixture
1 cup toasted pecans
1 cup golden raisins
2 cups or 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes...if using a dark pan bake at 350. Take them out before they are done if you like them chewy. Most people overbake cookies.
