			<description>Chop up a couple apples, like you're going to make apple salad.  (I like tart apples, like Fuji or Cortland or Granny Smiths or Jonathans or Gala.)

Toss in some fresh blueberries and fresh raspberries.

Mix in some lemon yogurt.

Serve it up with some short bread cookies or vanilla wafers or some such.



If Stray didn't have a problem with nuts these days, I'd have tossed in some coconut shavings and pecan or walnut pieces...
