It's been a while since I've been able to post an accomplishment on the board, but I have one. As of May 1st, my credit card will be paid off! That will be $450 less a month of our money that someone else will get to keep. I'm happy because it's just one more step to being a little more financially secure - something we really need now that we're getting an addition to the family.

Also, as if that weren't enough, the bank recently sent us a refund check for $1400 because we had a surplus in our escrow account, AND our monthly payments on our house will decrease by almost $100 a month starting in June! I am surely counting my blessings right now.
