| And here's a pair of wall sconces I made. I'm trying to decide whether to keep the insides of the star light blue, or paint them the same gold that I used for the birdhouse. I almost feel like right now they're a little monochromatic. Opinions, anyone? Either way, they'll still be outlined with the slightly darker slate blue. Anywho, I decided to continue on with the "star" theme, since it can apply to any season, and it's a pretty common element in country decor. Plus, barn stars freak Niel out, so I figured I could have a little fun with him . |
